Reset Password

From Sign-in screen

1. Click on the Forget your password?
   
2. Upon clicking, forget your password? The User will be redirected to the User Details page.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click on the Send verification code button.
   
5. The User will receive a verification code on the email address.
6. Enter the verification code
7. Click on the Verify code button.
   
8. Enter your email address and click on the Continue button
9. Enter new password
10. Confirm the new password 
11. Click on the Continue button.
    

Users can change their password on the SWAI mobile application by following the process outlined above.
